Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once your order has been placed it will be processed and dispatched within 24 - 48 hours on a weekday and up to 72 hours on a weekend. Specialised and personalised items can take longer.

Once tracking information becomes available you will be sent the information via the email address provided.  Most parcels are usually delivered within 5-10 working days, but during these uncertain times can take up to 21 working days after dispatch.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order and may take longer than expected, due unforeseen circumstances. You may receive different packages for the same order, don't be alarmed as we ship items as they become available from our warehouses.

Covid-19

Due to the current pandemic affecting deliveries, parcels can sometimes arrive outside of our standard delivery window. This is not something we can control. You can track your parcel via our website as soon as tracking information becomes available.

*Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekend.
